Invitations to view or edit your work on NeuralPit disclose your name and login time to others with access. NeuralPit may share your shared links with service providers. You are responsible for the on-sharing of your links by recipients.

(c) Corporate Transactions

In connection with corporate transactions like mergers, acquisitions, etc., we may share, sell, or transfer your information. You will be notified if such a transaction takes place.

(d) Employer Disclosure

If you use a work-issued email for NeuralPit, we may share your account information with your employer. You can opt out by emailing us at privacy@NeuralPit.com.

We ensure that you have control over your account information:

• You can correct, download, or delete data in your account via your Account settings.
• You can request access, correction, or deletion of the data NeuralPit holds on you by aching out toprivacy@NeuralPit.com.
• You have the choice to opt out of receiving marketing messages or specific communications like newsletters and announcements. However, you cannot opt out of Service-related communications (e.g., account verification, purchase and billing confirmations and reminders, changes/updates to Service features, and technical and security notices).

(b) Opting Out of Information Collection through Tracking Technologies

For instructions on how to delete or disable cookies and other tracking/recording tools, please refer to your mobile device or browser’s technical information. Depending on your device type, deleting or disabling tracking mechanisms may not be possible. Please note that disabling cookies or other tracking tools prevents NeuralPit or its business partners from tracking your browser’s activities in relation to the Service, and hinders our targeted advertising activities. We do not store or collect your payment card details. After the termination or deactivation of your user account, NeuralPit will retain your profile information and User Content for a commercially reasonable time, for as long as we have a valid purpose to do so. Specifically, NeuralPit holds onto your information for the purpose of complying with our legal and audit obligations, and for backup and archival purposes.

The period of retention depends on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the nature and sensitivity of the data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure, the purposes for which we process your data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and applicable legal requirements.

Please note that if you request to delete your data, we will endeavour to fulfill your request, but some data may persist in backup copies for a certain period of time and may be retained as necessary for legitimate business purposes or to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, etc.

Please note that even if you delete your account, we may retain certain information as required by law and for legitimate business purposes. We may use any aggregated data derived from or incorporating your personal information after you update or delete it, but not in a manner that would identify you personally.

Our Privacy Policy isn’t applicable to third-party websites or services linked to NeuralPit. We’re not accountable for their practices or your interactions there, which fall under their policies. If you allow third parties to access your NeuralPit content, it’s at your own risk. This policy doesn’t cover information we collect by other means or from other sources.

NeuralPit’s services are not meant for anyone under the age of 16. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
